Mallorca Film Wedding Photographer
Planning a wedding in Mallorca? Letβs make it unforgettable!
Mallorca Film Wedding Photographer | Analog & Super 8
For the lovers, the aesthetes, the ones who never quite fit the wedding mould. Iβm Emilia, a Mallorca film wedding photographer with a soft spot for 35mm film, Super 8 and photographs that feel a little like memories.
Sun-faded walls, long dinners, blurry dance floors, a dress that moves in the wind. Iβm drawn to the imperfect, the unplanned and the moments that happen when nobodyβs thinking about the camera. My approach is documentary at heart, with an editorial edge β less posing, more instinct.
Whether you're planning an intimate wedding in the Mallorcan countryside, a long weekend with your favourite people or an elopement somewhere along the coast, I'm here for the atmosphere as much as the photographs.
Analog Wedding Photography in Mallorca
Film has a way of making ordinary moments feel different. The grain, the colours, the little imperfections. Nothing too clean, nothing too calculated.
I photograph weddings on 35mm analog film alongside digital, creating a mix of images that feels tactile, understated and personal. Think candid frames, interesting compositions, Mediterranean light and photographs that wouldn't look out of place in an old family album or an independent fashion magazine.
As a Mallorca wedding photographer, I'm less interested in recreating Pinterest poses and more interested in what actually happens. The half-empty wine glasses, your friends crowding around the table, the five minutes alone after the ceremony. The things you might not think to photograph, but will be glad you did.
Wedding Films on Super 8
Super 8 is a different kind of memory. The flicker, the movement, the softness of the image. It feels less like watching a wedding film and more like finding an old home movie years later.
I love the way Super 8 captures the atmosphere of a day without needing to explain everything. The way the light falls across a table, the chaos of the dance floor, the small gestures you barely noticed at the time. It's imperfect by nature, and that's exactly the point.
Paired with analog and digital photography, Super 8 adds another layer to your wedding story β something nostalgic, cinematic and a little unexpected.
Getting Married in Mallorca
Mallorca has a particular kind of beauty. Stone fincas, olive trees, dry-stone walls, late-afternoon light and dinners that stretch long after sunset. It's a place that lends itself to weddings that feel more like a gathering than a production.
Whether you're planning a countryside celebration, an intimate coastal wedding or an elopement for two, there's room to make it your own. You don't need an elaborate setup or a perfectly choreographed timeline. A good location, your favourite people and enough space to enjoy the day can be more than enough.
I'm available to photograph weddings and elopements across Mallorca, working with analog film, digital photography and Super 8 to capture the atmosphere without over-directing it.
Not Your Typical Wedding Photos
If you're looking for something a little less traditional, you're in the right place. My work is for couples who care about imagery, but don't want their wedding to feel like a photoshoot.
A little nostalgic, a little cinematic, with an editorial edge. Photographs and films that feel lived-in rather than polished to perfection.

hey there, itβs Emilia
Even after more than 10 years of photographing weddings and people, I still find so much joy in it! In the way you look at each other, the laughter, the feeling of being fully there. The light, the small in-between moments. Thatβs what I care about the most.
On your wedding day, Iβm there to support you, to be part of the moment and to capture it as it truly felt, so you can cherish these moments with your loved ones.
I shoot both digital and 35mm film, and honestly, adding analog to my work brought something I didn't expect - a depth, a warmth, a little imperfection that makes everything feel more alive.
I usually work solo, but sometimes I team up with my husband Valentin - just like in the old days, when we used to work as a duo photographers :) It all depends on your needs, the size of your wedding or our availability. But if you'd like a second pair of eyes, Valentin can join us. Just ask!
